They have really been damaged by use, they are a few years old but I really don't know what the reason for the damage is, only that the mechanic of the machines says that I have to get those parts to change them. Can you tell me where I can buy them? I'm in Costa Rica, but I have an address in Miami

Hello my name is Jeffrey Monge, I have a juky TL 2200QVP LONG ARM quilting machine. I need to change the Motion Sensor Card and the Needle and Pressure Foot Bars. Can you tell me where I can buy these parts please.

I have this machine and it is absolutely wonderful. Why on earth do they not do more videos on this machine? It is like a best kept secret! I explain mine to people & no one has heard of it. The company needs to put more info out on this state of the art machine. I believe it is the only one with the thread cutter. It is great to cut my thread & go to another point & start right on stitching. No garbage on the bottom! I tried out Bernina, Pfaff, Sweet 16 but this one beat them all... hands down!

Hi Michael, I am so enjoying watching your videos and learning about new machines, with this video Viking is just now approaching my 8 year old Pfaff Creative Sensation in terms of technology and is likely an excellent machine. Best to you.

I noticed that you don't reply to any of these posts but I thought I'd try anyway! I was wondering how you think this Juki compares to Gamill or Inova long arms?
@thesewnplace3 жыл бұрын
I find juki to be very precise and therefore maintains a great stitch quality regardless of threads. I don’t see that always with other brands

Hi, thanks for your explanation. I have a janome 6500p memory craft . I have checked everything, oiled the machine, removed the lint, using a brand new hook and bobbin,changed the needle, proper thread tension and etc. The machine sews properly but it makes a knocking noise which is quiet loud. Can you assist me on this please. I can record a video and send you.
@Maridith23 жыл бұрын
Did you ever figure out what was causing the noise? My machine is doing the same thing. I’ve cleaned and checked everything I know of. It is making a beautiful stitch, but just last week started this slight noise/rattle. Puzzling.

Thanks for this video! It definitely makes me want to purchase the Juki. I'm a bit tight on space and haven't found any documentation on the dimensions for the frame. Can you please let me know the full width of the frame, including the wheel and handle of the crank? And also the depth of the frame, including the long arm when the long arm is at the front of the frame? Would you recommend putting the frame on casters? Sorry for all the questions, I appreciate your help.

You seem very comfortable in front of the camera. How about some videos on this machine? Everyone who owns one needs some info on this. Go to Jukie QVP 150 FB group and see what we are having trouble with and could use some videos on!

Bird nesting on the bottom... Settings for FMQ Threads to use ( I personally am having trouble with Isacord) Bobbin winding Truly if you went step by step with the features of this machine people would line up to pay for a class mostly because we bought these and could not get back to dealers due to COVID.

AC Ashworth & Co - of course you can turn it off. Use the feet that don’t have the cut out for the feeder to ensure you have better contact with the lower feed dogs.

Hello Michael, good to see another video from you. I really like the looks of this machine and the fact that you say it is industrial strength. You did a few pieces of jeans, but do you think it can handle hemming that big bulk of a seam in jeans? Can you tell me the dimensions of this machine please? I may be interested in this down the road. And I have a service question for you. Do you think this will be an expensive fix or a no fix at all. Here is my problem. The lever that takes the presser foot up was making a noise when I tried to lower or lift and than it didn't want to go all the way down, but upon pressing my needle down it went down with a loud noise. I proceeded to start sewing and than machine jammed and made awful noises. I had a very difficult time trying to raise the presser foot with the lever. So now it sits until all is clear with the virus stuff. Can you give me an idea possibly without seeing it? It is the Janome 6600. I have never ever had any issues with this machine in the 14 years I have owned it. I do have my 9400 I use, but I have been using my 6600 for heavier things now. Thanks so much for any input you may have for me. Take care.... Claudia

Lucille Ball if you go on Juki’s website it will show you a drawing of machine and table with all the dimension. I just bought one and it really is smooth and quiet, 2500 spm, you can slow it down if you want. It will easily go through hemming jeans.

No built in channel lock feature but lots of ways to lock the frame for this purpose. I may make a video soon showing these options.
