Unfortunately I don't have the box anymore, so i can't give you a 100% accurate reading, but the website says "Item Size/Weight : 45 x 37 x 29 cm / 2560g" which I believe this accounts for the box dimensions

I just got the "Malzeno (Bloodening)" alternate color version of this figure, and I had a similar issue with the stands, maybe to a slightly lesser extent. I was able to get them to fit a little better than you did in the video here, but even after trying a bunch of different spots, it still ended up with the figure being ever so slightly raised up, leading to it feeling less stable than just going without the stands. Glad to know it's not just me!

That Velkhana you have is not technically a creators model, it was the figure for the japanese iceborne collector's edition, same with Nergigante for the collector's edition of the game. The actual velkhana creators model is almost the same height, if not a tad taller due to the base. I was a bit disappointed with the Alatreon that I received, that hole in the neck is about 4 times bigger on the one I got. Amiami says it's within spec yet it's so bad, so no exchange.

A hole in the neck? Are you referring to that small separation just above the chest spikes? If yours is any bigger than that then I'm sorry to hear you got a faulty one, especially considering the price for this. But yeah, I'm aware of both Velkhanas. I got the collector's edition, but much like the Nergigante, Capcom still refers to these as creator's models. I do think the Figure Builder name should be changed though, since it's basically used for everything at this point, and isn't entirely accurate to what it is, lol.

what i did is shorten both acrylic stand since one was too long and the other was too short. i got the height just right with the right side but didnt get the left side so ill be ordering a acrilic cylinder stand so to grt the height just right. but just out of curiosity if i happen not use the stand will the material used in figure builder droop down in time ?

That makes sense. Very good plan! So far I haven't been using my stands, and I haven't noticed any droop at all with either of my Malzenos. The wings aren't particularly heavy, so I believe the statues should be fine.

Getting mine today!! I kick myself for not getting it earlier. There was one retailer I found that had it months ago but I missed my chance but I have one coming today. ❤ This thing looks amazing. My favourite monster in Monster Hunter, not only because he is one of the most powerful Elder Dragons, I love that Fatalis looks like a typical fantasy Dragon you would find in a high fantasy setting like Dungeons and Dragons.

I think it's because they decided to just carry over the name from their miniature Figure Builder line where you actually have to assemble the monsters together, but then tried to differentiate these large statues by calling them Creators Models. It is very confusing though for these Creators Models since you aren't actually building anything, lol. Basically: Figure Builder = the miniature monster models, Figure Builder Creators Model = these large statues.
