Unfortunately it was like that for a lot of blacks who went underneath the radar. All we can do now is to continue to give her do you know the notoriety that she deserved when she was alive but now as she rest in peace.

Why would the Jazz coach took that long to call her., when she was out of the game for years and she was already married. That was just a joke for sure. I hate this racial hate. Oh we try to draft her what she wouldn’t come. I mean come on people. WTF. There was not womens basketball team in the nba. They should had stated it right then. So it gender differences over the top of racial difference.

This man was my high school o-line coach in 1985. I learned so much from him. He loved everything about the game and judging by this interview, his passion has only grown stronger. Hawgs - GATA!

Incredible Delta State wouldn't give her a chance to be head coach!! She would have won some national championships as a coach as well!! Lusia Harris is the Queen of Women's Basketball and deserves to be honored!! I just did an interview with her a few weeks ago and working on her memoirs together...she's so humble, positive and yet powerful. Every female basketball player should know who she is!! Today's female coaches of color should always give honor to her... #CrownHer #LusiaHarristheQueenofWBB kentuckyoralhistory.org/ark:/16417/xt71cck0fdqq4
