in a year or 2 all the redevelopment going on plus the new proposals like the Shipyards, Lot J, Metropolitan Park, San Marco, Brooklyn/Riverside, and Southbank. The Landing will be renovated as well and a parking garage will be added, the Berkman Plaza 2 was just purchased.... (the new owner said he wanna put a Dave n Busters on STERIODS there, a 300 room hotel, parking garage, and water park, plus a new Convention center is in the works, a brand new transit system...... in 1-3 years Downtown Jacksonville is gonna look different. Duval is finally tapping into it's potential. I'm tired of driving to Orlando all the time for entertainment...... Jacksonville is the biggest city in the US land wise..... we should have at least 2-3 huge water parks and at least 2 theme parks
