I agree to a extent It I’d fun I know there isn’t much to work with when it comes to Tobi as well same with Kushina but Kushina with the frying pansies crazy but idk I feel like Tobi could’ve been worked on better I like his ultimate but his other I felt like could do better

@@AllofSage I like his jutsu because if blocked the bombs blow up after a few seconds so you can create pressure it’s not hard to deal with when you gave more skilled but I love catching casuals with it they always get hit I do think his combos are on the slow side
