I don’t think we even account for the internal damage and pressure that would most likely cause the ship to collapse if raised from the ocean floor. I mean Japan would do this if feasible. However i don’t know if they would choose not to disturb the war grave

That's not feasable. The great deph, the huge pressure, the scatterd remains of an incomplete ship, as also it's a war grave, doesn't make possible. As an idea sure, mas not reality.
