It is very simple in my case: I'm just checking my Sales folder in Gmail where all our agency requests coming in. Seasoned tech founders do all the hard work for me :-) But if you don't have such a luxury, I can record YT video giving an alternative options to come up with good SaaS ideas. You want it?

Congrats! That's a great niche. Usually, it's harder to get into unless you already know people there. But once you're there, it'll be a business for a lifetime. We have a few clients in this industry. Completely enjoy it.

Hospitals, doctors, & real estate agents are extremely stingy and don't like to pay for things.... just a heads up. Maybe look into targeting the ancillary service providers to the medical field.

Some of our clients are going through this phase 2-3 years until they finally figure this out. I'm pretty sure you're close to cracking it. Keep it pushing, my friend. Great view, i am also a frontend developer and during my learnings, i got two ideas of building both mobile and web application, one is a social media app and the other is an ai, i have not started them yet because i come from africa and here investors and technology is too low, now i need to migrate or move to countries good in technology and good at marketing because right now i have found out that even if you have a great idea with poor marketing, you die with your idea in your mind, so i need to move to countries like US, UK, china , india because those are some of the countries i know good in technology business, i also started a website 2 month ago and have also got like 200 to 300 users but i lack marketing and the bad thing am doing this alone, i need help or group so that i can share them with my ideas and see if they can join me but it is also hard, but what i request, you can give me some advice or anything you know which can help me, and also the website i started is called mergesociety.com

As a former software engineer, I can relate to this. We focus on building the product too much and on business and customer side too little. You need to learn sales and customers stuff before building the product. Audience first, product second :-)
