Sorry, but I do not understand. You want one ticket, that can be used on several entrance points? If these entrance require different tickets, you could go with the order view. But this just shows you all tickets at once. Best is to contact our support. [email protected]

Ticket scanner does not support back camera. Only front camera which is difficult to use. Does premium support back camera?

This depends on your mobile phone, browser anf settings. The ticket scanner is using Javascript to access your cams.

@@vollstart-plugins Kindly test the ticket scanner with all mobile browsers. There is no option to select back camera. It selects front camera (3) automatically and get stuck.

Hey Martin here. Have been using the plugin from the very start. Tired many many phones, and they all worked in the end with both cameras. Try different browsers.. it's always old phones that don't work sometimes. The plugin works fine

Yes. The ticket scanner has an text input field for external scanner. You can enter the puböic ticket number also there. But it is not a search field. Would be a security risk. You can search with the admin and also redeem from there.

Yes. All tickets are bound to an order. Create an order in the backend. Set the price to 0 or use your own coupon code. Set the order to completed. Done

After the order is set to complete you get the ticket as a pdf or a link to the ticket page - default settings. Depending on the seller.

quick one, this is the solution i need good tut, so if a ticket is scanned when someone enters, and the pass the ticket to someone else to enter the status will show that individual ticket already was scanned.

Hello Do you have an API system? I have e disco pub and I whant to give as a present a drink card to all the customers subrcribes in a certain "Vip List". Oboiouvsly i would like persons use only one time the drink card connected to a specific QR Code. Hello, the system for now just sends out webhooks. No API implemented yet. And each ticket has to have a woocommerce order assigned to it. The serial-codes-validator plugin would fit more, but no QR code and scanner yet implemented. Sorry but in this case we cannot help.

Yes, correct as also stated in the software itself. The free version support only 50 tickets. Perfect for small parties and events. If you do it not as a professional, then you could delete the tickets and start your next event. The premium is cheaper than you think and offers a bit more features and unlimited tickets.

Use the shortcode [sngmbhSerialcodesValidator] on your page. Make sure you are using HTTPS and that no Javascript is blocked. Check with the development console of your browser. Hello Enrico The ticket scanner ia built in. You can use tje ticket scanner URL also on your mobile phone. You can also set up a page and use the shortcode. You can also define the roles for the allowed users to scan the tickets. Hope this helps.

Hello, the ticket scanner of this plugin scans only the QR codes from the event tickets created by this plugin. You can them redeem the ticket with your mobile or laptop at the entrance. The ticket will be updated.

Hello, for each item (amount of product) will receive a ticket number. 2x same product will get 2 tickets. The price for premium is life time purchase of a version. Updates are free for one year. The an support for 1 year can be purchased to keep receiving updates. For now the support package is for free, nothing to do for customers. It will be cheaper than the purchase and introduce in 1 or 2 years. Hope this helps.

The basic plugin allows you to handle 50 tickets. Good for private and small parties. The premium gives you unlimited tickets for lifetime.
