You guys hit upon so many things that ring true with me. The past few years there hasn't a rabbit hole I haven't gone down, even after promising myself I wouldn't. I've been a member of the facebook page for quite some time and visit when I go on facebook which is not terribly often. I don't think I've actually posted anything yet but I'm going to have to make effort to going forward. I have a pretty large collection but the facebook page, as Steve alluded to,, humbles me. My collection has a lot of "the easy stuff". Probably the best line in video was said by Adam in the very beginning. It's not so much what something is worth, it's what it's worth to you. Well said.

Thanks Thomas I really appreciate your comments and support for the group. I see so many collections myself that are way beyond what I'll ever have. But enjoy seeing them, while still staying happy with my lot. It's just great enjoying Elvis' music and stirring up great memories for me. Best, Adam

Shame that 'Music On Vinyl' haven't released the 'Today', (and 'Elvis Country'') LP's to date. The overall sound quality on the 'Friday Music', 'Speaker's Corner' and MOV records is exceptional and of course, their reissues make it possible to listen to unplayed copies of all those wonderful albums, released during Elvis' lifetime.

Loving driving along listening to Elvis! I've put a couple of those of me driving on my channel, and was surprised at the positive response What a fantasttic box set, and what a fabulous record shop! Could lose myself in there! In Melbourne, record shops are popping up all over the place, especially second hand record shops. One street in particular I have featured on my channel a couple of times, has ten record bars over a 2 mile stretch! It's a great way to spend a day going from one to the next.

Great to see Elvis fans living near each other meeting up! For years I didn't know any other Elvis fans in my town, but a couple of years ago I starting wearing my Elvis teeshirts around town and got heaps of positive comments. Whenever somebody stopped me to say they love Elvis, I asked them if they lived nearby and if they did, I said let's meet up! Now have half a dozen Elvis Friends who come around to my place and watch movies, listen to records, or just chat over a cuppa!

@@paulmogg8036 I’m like a stranger 😂 I actually also lived on the Isle Of Wight too for a few years as a child! Love the place… My old man was an engineer and ended up running the farms and industries in the prison service. So I was born in Kent, but moved a lot and lived in Maidstone, Isle Of Wight, Tamworth, Southport and then Chorley. Finally moving to Yorkshire with my own works.

We moved to the Island in January 78 ....when I was 12 ! It was a great place to grow up ...really was ! I've left and returned many times over the years ! Have lots of family here and still in Yorkshire. I've lived and worked all over the place over the years ! I had 3 years in LA on 2 separate occasions...lived in Spain for 16 months ! Bath / Brighton/ Chandlers Ford ... But we came back here 3 1/2 years ago ....we are in Whippingham now...just outside East Cowes 😁 Sometimes miss the hussel and bussel....beautiful Here in the summer months 😎🎙🎶🥂
