every stitch he takes is already knotted and he continues after the already existed knot...either he doesn't know how to make the knot or he doesn't want to show it..

Hi, this is Dr. Selva from Malaysia. I just started using the EZ Access port. Can you give me some tips as to how to place the port into the abdomen. I had a lot of problems. Also I made a transverse incision and an elliptical access port. Can you make a midline incision and use the elliptical port. I like the elliptical pro because I get distance between the port for suturing. Did you work with Dr. Ando. Your suturing technique is very much like Dr. Ando. Thanks

Hi. Dr. Selva. Thank you for your comments.I made a midline incision and used the elliptical port. More than 2.5cm distance is needed for suture & knot-tying easily. This procedure was my own, not with Dr. Andou. Thanks.

In this surgery, I used circle type because the elliptical type has not been yet released.I think the elliptical type is better. Thanks.
