I deliver pizzas for a living and I tried doing doordash for a while to "make more money" and I did it for a month, and made on average about 40 bucks per day, I was doing 20 hours per week. Whereas driving for a pizza place I make about $12 bucks per hour, $1.50 per order that I take and I would say the tips per hour vary, but it's anywhere from $10 per hour to $75. But I've made way more money doing that than any of these gig delivery jobs. The only thing with doordash though is that you only have to pick up the order and drop it off. There's quite a bit of side work being a driver at a restaurant.
