I've been there before with morning glories and moon flowers. Hopefully the new tubing is a heavier gauge of steel. Beautiful idea though!

For them to grow back again after cutting, you gotta leave the central tip/leaves on the plant itself. Only then then plant keep producing new leaves!

I will try this. I live in a full growing season area. I'm gonna plant them soon.

What did you put on top Of the soil wants you plant the vegetables ?

Why would you design these with no filling port? Really dumb you gotta drench the bed to fill.

That’s pretty cool but how does the wicking system work?
@tthtonekid3 күн бұрын
Way different than every other wicking system. They should have provided a port to fill the wicking cells. You have to drench your bed to fill these cells.

Idk. The soil is loose and the carrot seeds stay moist, maybe.

We're lost at the single 2' trellis that we recently received. On the page that we ordered from, it shows that the 2' trellis is "frequently bought with" a modular kit and shows the 2'x3.5' bed. So we bought two of the 24x42 beds and the trellis won't fit, even though that's what is suggested. Then we noticed tonight that it also says this size trellis fits the 24x48 bed. Yet we don't see a 24x48 bed anywhere on your site. So now we have a very expensive trellis we can't use.

You can see they mount the products differently for advertisement. A cattle panel will hold if mounted the way their advertised product is mounted. Never go to the outside of two planter boxes. If you want to mount it oitside the two boxes, you need to instead use wood or the product advertised (though their product isn't designed for it so I doubt it would work!)

I am wondering what bolt to use in the step where you put the straight pieces into the holders. Is it H3 or H4? My H3 isn’t long enough to span the predrilled holes.

I am going to guess around $600+. Looks like Vego raised beds + trellis. The trellis itself is around $200 and I think those height beds are 2-300 depending on which configuration you get

Cattle panel from tractur supply is what most people use for big arches. I used ladder mesh from home depot to make a smaller one too, you just have to zip tie the panels together
