Kodawari is influencers Hell. It’s packed in. Lined up with every tourist. Next time head for the outer arrondisments. Head out to the Asian restaurants in the 13th. Please try the fresh made in front of you sandwiches. The baguettes are much fresher. Than the premade ones. Stacked on top of each other.

The Carbonara probably wasn’t as good as you would have hoped because that’s a Roman dish, they’re not known for it in the north. Italian is very different depending on what region you’re in. Glad you enjoyed your time!

En España comemos muy mal. Sirven un plato llamado tapa que es ridículamente pobre y de dudosa cantidad y calidad. Aquí en Brasil todos los bares sirven platos bien servidos de quesos, fiambres, snacks y diferentes tipos de carne cortada al estilo francés, que llamamos snacks para acompañar una buena bebida o cervezas a precios populares, a los turistas les encanta nuestra comida de cantina, Bares y restaurantes. Aquí tenemos abundancia en las bandejas que servimos. Mucho (abundancia) en lo que comemos en Brasil.

How much did you pay for paella? Was it delicious? There are many restaurants and I'm confused about which one I should go to.

The Seafood Paella was about 22 euros, and the Fideua was about 18 euros. This was the only Paella we had on our trip in Barcelona, but we thought it was delicious ! I'm sure you can't go wrong when ordering Paella at other restaurants. We just went here because I watched youtube reviews and really wanted to try to Fideua ! Hope that helps xx

I'd take offense if I were French! As if you didn't have bed bugs in your country, maybe in your own home. Paris is the most visited city in the world, with visitors from everywhere who can easily carry the bugs with them. Remember that Paris does not only get the nice, clean, put together tourists, unfortunately, it also gets a lot of dirty people.

Did you know that that salmon, you have to run a spoon 🥄 along the skin to descale it before cooking? I learned that the hard way (years ago). 🤣

oh my gosh - I can imagine the shock on your first bite in the salmon ! I'm a bit lazy so I buy frozen salmon fillets and they're already descaled and deboned (mostly) haha
