What’s the process

Hi Bobby - if you check out the description, I provide the complete process in there. But the short version of it is: Take a 2-3 pound well-marbled Chuck Roast, sear it on all sides, place it in a Crock Pot on "High" for 4 1/2 hours, and it looks just as good as the video shows! In my opinion, it's the best of all meal choices in a carnivore/keto diet since what you get is a super-tender and super-tasty Chuck Roast that will cover at least 2-3 meals. Good luck with it and bon appetit!

Just wanted to make my earlier reply more visible for visitors to this video about Olive Oil: It's one of the best cooking oils you can use. It has many benefits besides primarily being potently anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant. In case you are interested, here is a link to a paper published in 2021 about these benefits: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8424077/

Can you explain why you think Olive Oil is bad? I'm asking because from all of my research, it's one of the best cooking oils you can use. It has many benefits besides primarily being potently anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant. In case you are interested, here is a link to a paper published in 2021 about these benefits: pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8424077/

I don't agree, olive oil is the only seed oil I use as it's non inflammatory.
