I’m sure these are a blast to drive, but the figures mounted on each bike look super goofy when their heads bobble over rough terrain.

We were thinking of racing these as a class this winter at the local carpet oval. One of the guys already got his and says there’s no extra port to plug in a transponder. I don’t have mine yet so I can’t check for myself, has anyone else checked their’s to see if there’s someplace to plug one in?

Bought the 1/10 version for $560 then shortly after had to rebuild all 3 diffs for a price of $300 thats $860 I spent on this piece of equipment and note I don't bash the lasernut this was the worst money pit of a rc car I have ever had , make it up losi and send me a lasernut super since I spent 860 already on the 1/10th version not to mention a battery was $150

The car its self is amazing. But I have yet been able to run mine because right out of the box I ran into an issue with the charging system. As soon as I plugged it in to the power supply I had a solid red light come on when I plugged in the battery to the charger. Can you guys please post a video on how to fix this problem.

Replace the slipper clutch with the old Hydradrive minus the slipper section. Dirt in a slipper sucks and rebuilding is going to be a common occurrence because of it. Hydradrives would be near immune to dirt.

At 3:36 you refer to the LEVER ARM as a servo arm. The brake cable actuates a lever arm. Most mechanical caliper designs have 1 lever arm that moves only the outer brake pad when actuated. The rotor then flexes over into contact with the inner most pad.

Guy at our track picked one up, broken in the first 5 minutes of run time (horizon customer service use to be great but as it is now they told him to kick rocks) and zero jumps involved. Finally got it fixed and the broke again one the 2nd battery being run thru it. He did the smart thing and sold it off. The new owner will have to deal with the 3rd break lol
