For those here in 2024: These 132B shells are like $200-250+ on eBay now. But, you might find a cheap auction. Keep your eyes peeled. (October 2024) Surplus ACH and MICH from Gentex or MSA are about the same now on eBay. But, these are at least good-to-go as-is. You can modify the ears with a sharpie and a cordless jig-saw. (it's WAY easier than you think.) Happy huntin' boys.

Ive had one of these for a little less than a year now. Went from having s boonie attached to it, then just running it bare. Its really cool and discreet fo when you dont want a helmet when youre camping or backpacking.

@@cjm321 i originally bought it when i had a set of pvs-7s. Once i put some counter weight in the back using an off brand tomahawk pouch it wasnt bad once i got used to it. I now use it with a pvs-14 and ive never had it irritate me even while hiking with my buddies at night.

@@cjm321it isn’t comfortable in long duration use in my experience, some may say I don’t have it adjusted correctly but it doesn’t have a BOA system in the back to strap down so it creates a hotspot on the front forehead where the shroud rests
