Someone needs to figure out how to set up the micro phones so that we can hear. It appears you do this low sound intentionally so we can't hear. Please, get it together.

First, the microphone system wasn't working on Tuesday. You should definitely complain to the Administrative Coordinator, IT department, and chair. Second, I am a citizen. I am not allowed to get any closer, but 3 feet, which wouldn't help. There are settings that really will help you hear better. Change audio in KZbin. I can hear almost everything on my recordings, but I understand it's not perfect. I'm not working with expensive equipment. I'm not compensated for doing this. Yet, many people do watch and hear pretty well. So, try to make changes to your KZbin setting. And if you watch on your phone, always have your phone sideways to watch.

I'm confused... an employee asked to edit their job but the committee ignores the actual request? Why not work to have employees doing the job duties that they are passionate about? Work from home? The country as a whole is moving towards working from home because data will show you time and again that employees can be more efficient working remotely. Not all employees or positions can work from home. It's clear that HHS would really benefit from this policy! County employee retention is atrocious! We can't compete with surrounding counties, especially with these board members in charge. Don't forget to vote in April!! A "No Work from Home" policy?? Give us a break! The State level has work-from-home options. What are you going to provide our local citizens with when you keep losing employees?

That's fine. Only one I've recorded in 15 months. It's personal. Take it or leave it. This County tried destroying my family. The person directly responsible was there to get promoted. I was there to watch the PROCESS, not the interview. You do realize I wasn't part of the interview, right? What is recorded is what I saw. But I won't lie either, it was weird going. However, like anything else, watching these people does matter.

I have Verizon and previous to a few weeks ago after getting Starlink I had to have a mifi to use my phone. So this talk that they are the same is not true. Ive had to live this way for over 15 years.

I was very interested in this topic. Thank you for your experience! MiFi is a new concept to me. While I consider myself tech savvy in using tech, I do not know how it all actually works! So, I was curious to know if what was being said is really true.

@@ruskcountywatch9746 In the grand scheme of things they should essentially work the same but they do not. I had to have my mifi hooked up and enable the wifi to my phone in order to use it, on top of having a WeBoost system. I listened to many of the comments saying it must be something wrong with the phone etc. Ive had many replacement phones from Verizon and Mifi's and it never made it better. It is the clogged cell service system. It all just depends on where in the county you live. I can go over by your place and have fine service and it's only a short distance away. I just cannot get land lines at my place due to an easment so wireless is my only option. This topic hit home directly as I have been living it for many years. It was much better when it was still Alltel, has gone downhill since Verizon bought them out for rural users.

I love that the meetings are online for the public to see. It would be nice though for the audio to be better.

Check settings on your KZbin account. Also try closed captions. They need to use the mics, they usually don't. Some people speak quietly. However, I can hear most everything. After people make changes, they usually hear better. Also, make sure you have your phone in landscape position and full screen. I hope this helps some.

Stacy, they are laughing because one of them made the motion and then voted against it in error I think, but I guess he didn't care because it passed anyway. They have made a big mistake and they should reverse this decision or it will cost the taxpayers upwards of a million dollars.
