Like right now, there's a huge war going on? For Saitama it's just giving his neighbours a warning about the noise levels, while also learning life hacks on how to reduce hunger and doing weird jigsaw puzzles in the meantime. Garou , literally one of the strongest monsters in history? A dude in a costume who is confused about life. Huge political struggle and a possible paradigm shift in the world of opm? Nah, screw that, heroes victims name association is where it's at. Saitama is supposed to represent more than just an overpowered protagonist, at it's heart saitama is an everyday man who struggles with mundanity of life and the purposelessness of it all."

Buu was just a machine , wasn't really a personality to buu , just chaos , cell had the potential to be the strongest villain Given his genetics , and his personality was entertaining, but he didn't have pure malicious intent , he was just self centered, however frieza is actually a villain that doesn't just entertain a whole event just to have a sparring match for his enjoyment ,he genuinely despises "happy" things

In the original Japanese sub, Vegeta refers to himself as Vegeta-sama. Basically, calling himself Black's better/superior, or something akin to a god. He really showed Black he made a mistake picking a fight with the Saiyan race.

I agree with this take whole heartedly. With the changes to Sokkas character it didnt even make sense for him to interact with Suki if he had nothing to learn beyond "how to fight". Suki pretty much just stalked Sokka until they train together one time then fight the firebenders.

I completely agree that it didn't get enough love for a unique concept and story. It made me so mad that instead of finishing the main story and tying up loose ends they instead went to a side story. Plus one of the most awesome opening songs for an anime ever
