good video. my 2 cents: both % being equal, that is 10% up (on 125) and then 10% down (on something greater than 125), would mean that the descent will be higher than the ascent. hence, we can also say that x will not just be close to 125 but will be less than 125. this thought process will be helpful if the answer choices are much closer to 125 and if one of the 4 is lower than 125.

There is no such requirement of unit place sum for eg. 94x96= 90 24 also ten places can be different but calculation would be a little tough eg. 88x99= 87 12, 78x96=74 88
