Hey! Some printed work retains intercalated air under the sheets. Crushing the block helps with accuracy because it removes air volume. The ideal would be a piece of equipment called a "jogger" with air removing roller.

@@DanielEsqueda-AlliedPrint ¡Hola! Hojas de papel cartón que no sean demasiado gruesas. Yo prefiero cartón de 200/250 g. Las tiras de plástico se llaman "sticks"(english). Utilice un martillo de plástico o goma para evitar dañar la máquina.

Y más!....la función de las tiras de papel es comprobar el corte en toda su longitud. En caso negativo, aflojar retencion de perno excéntrico(y) - girar la excéntrica de ajuste(c) - apretar la retención(y) Ok 👍🏻

I agree.👍🏻 In my experience polar machines are the best. A well-maintained and working 1995 Polar machine is better than any new Chinese machine.

Legal amigo! As vezes também uso o lado esquerdo, porém algumas aparas caem dentro da estrutura da máquina, vc sabe né. Mas é perfeitamente correto. Esse calço é apenas um exemplo básico, eu costumo melhorar com borracha de blanqueta e outras traquinarias. Obrigado pela visita. 👍🏻

Olá. Infelizmente esta máquina foi vendida e eu não tenho mais nenhum vídeo de programação em guarani cn/d. É um sistema muito complicado, a guarani não soube escolher um bom hardware e software para suas máquinas, até mesmo o mais antigo SMC era um enigma pra quem iria aprender a operar.

E aí! Esse corte era preparando capas de revistas para a stitchmaster(alceadeira), vc deve saber que as capas tem que ficar com uma aba maior do que a outra para a máquina pegar automaticamente e fazer o processo automático de acabamento.

Thank you for your work on this video! You may already know this. The Polar Eltrotact step and repeat programming system has a special built-in feature. In Europe it was common practice to leave the printer’s lay edge on the sheets, and trim them off last by turning the last pile behind the knife by 180 degrees. For example, if your sheet of labels were trimmed at 61.25cm (with1.25cm. wide lay edge at the backgauge). Program Eltrotact to 10.00cm. x 1step, repeating at 51.25, 41.25, 31.25 etc. When the backgauge reaches 11.25cm. Eltrotact calculates that another label/“step” of 10.00cm. is possible. So the backgauge ejects the last pile, returns to 10.00cm. and peeps/ shows a message “Turn Pile”. You can then turn the paper to trim off the waste lay edge and finish the last label behind the knife. Happy New Year to you and your family. Stay safe and well.

Hi, I use a torque wrench. "The knife bolts set to 70 N.m". This is what technicians recommend. Tighten all the knife screws one by one from left to right or all the screws form the centre towards both ends alternately.

Oi! Isso é uma sapata de papel cartão com uma extremidade em forma de "cunha". É usado para compensar a diferença de altura da lombada do livro. Funciona como um feixe de molas para evitar que a lombada seja danificada pelo balancim. Tem um vídeo neste canal ensinando o básico de como confeccionar um parecido.

Me gustaria saber si es posible que subieras algun video con ejemplos de programacion con medidas de caga, expulsor programable, Eltrotac, bucle, Autotrim... aunque con una programacion sencilla y rápida tambien sería suficiente... Quizas ya lo tienes publicado y no lo he encontrado, o quizas te es imposible hacerlo. En cualquiera de los casos, millones de gracias. Es estupuendo tu trabajo

You need to know what you are doing to avoid accidents... And if the machine is big 155 or 176, it becomes more dangerous because the knife is too big and heavy.

@@marconiparello yes I know,I changed them many times.I used a holder that you screw in to use as handles. I programmed many cutting jobs. i did rule ups and input all the cutting positions and saved the programs for future use. I had extended air table for big jobs. I worked for ABC of Switzerland,Thompson Litho,and Jeda Publications in my time. I also operated Stahl folders,Didde gather all collator,and Japanese saddle stitchers. I cut paper for Komori waterless press. I made special jigs to trim books and operator manuals, for Intel, HP corporation.

Nice video my friend. Easy step making those exotic cuts. I worked in company that similar jobs like that. And I was the only one that i get those jobs. Dang! I miss cutting. Now I am working on the press. I'm 2nd pressman/feeder on the Komori s40. Don't really like press, I'm more a bindery person. Awesome video though 😄👍

@@arianniortiz8118 AUTOTRIM 😱....¡Qué buena máquina! Eltrotact, es un programa sencillo con pocos datos de información y más fácil de realizar para cortes repetitivos. ¡Atención! No es posible utilizar doble corte en este programa, Aconsejo usar el "BLOCK PROGRAMMING"
