I'm assuming the guy on the XR doesn't know how to ride or he didn't gear properly for the stupid tires he put on. There isn't a CRF 450 out there that isn't running nitrous or forced induction that could come anywhere close to my XRR. A friend of mine's fully modded 2024 CRF450RL with literally everything imaginable done to it can't keep with me anywhere outside of first gear on my bike. The difference is huge. Another buddy on his KTM 500 Exc-f can only hang side by side with me till about 55 60 mph and then I'm walking on him too. Still waiting to line up with a KTM 690 that a guy I know keeps bragging about. But looking at raw numbers he only has a few horsepower more than me and about 60 lb more wet weight. My bike is also far from stock but even when it was bone stock it made my CRF 450R feel slow.

To be fair, less inclined to bomb corners at even 80% in a $100,000+ car outside a track surrounded by thick trees where a deer or coyote could pop out, than a $15,000 one. Not too long ago actually was just cruising along when I hear a loud bang, looked in the rearview, and see a deer flying 10ft into the air. We never saw it coming, just came out from behind a tree and car behind us that hit it was maybe a car length and a half behind. Stay safe everyone <3
