This is not the real project Fortune Wheel, wrong sounds, they commissioned this as a cheap operator £2.40 10p version for the arcade’s and some got converted to £4.80/£6 but they didn’t streak or actually do anything

I dont own the machines all these machines are emulated using the late Chris Wrens emulator so its the same as playing the real machine, if you have a windows 10 PC you can play them too.

Someone should rip the audio files from this fruit machine and upload them to KZbin. They we could go crazy with the soundtrack as we could have a HQ version of most of the music cues without the audience or sound effects (or even Jim Bowen talking to the contestants) behind them.

The emulator has a built in player so you can play all of the samples in the machines roms one after the other or you can play them one at a time, wizzard thought of everything with his emu.

Poor effort from JPM with this one, all bar wins above 40p are £1, so trebles no better than singles or doubles, and no advance reel from £1 either. Must've been hard to win anything decent! Good vid anyhow!

I think the reason JPM did that was to allow for the 40p stepper reel feature, to be fair i only used to play this kind of machine when i had a ton of tokens and i wanted to turn them into quick cash.

It is what happens when you go over 100 credits the credit meter cannot cope so those extra credits are not shown so until you play them down the credit display cannot start to count them down but it still plays correctly, and accounts for all the credits correctly.

To be fair silver ghost both in this £3 and its original £2 version did not give the token JP very often this is why i used to use this machine to get rid of my tokens when i had won loads, it was good for getting cash for tokens.

I remember Silver Ghost, and one which paid 40p for mixed bars and it had a 4th reel which could keep adding extra 20p's. Im sure that was also called Golden Ghost.

Projects best era, £4:80, £6, £8. Haunted house on £4:80 would do £60 series. Nudge excess another gem. From a time when Arcades needed to keep players interested, not just take the piss like the corrupt server shite these days.

And one i loved to play, i did once find one in a chain arcade close to me with a coin mec where the pound would go in come back out via the coin return but still give you credits, i emptyed it a few times before they fixed it.

Yes there have not been that many, there have been a few with a 3 reel base game and a 3 reel super game in the top glass, but this technicly makes them a 6 reel game.

Its one of the few remakes i like to play due to the way it plays like original, this one has the rom that auto holds on board wins, following player feedback that the original did not do that, so the did a patch rom that removed this.

Only played it twice in the real world. 1st time - £1 in, jackpot repeat, no repeat. 2nd time - £1 in, utterly dead. It then got moved to the 5p play area but with the same £1-£8 prize table, which would've played terribly, so I ignored it. Shame as it looks to have had a dirty streak in it with the right settings.

At 23:10 how do you move the reels down to see what is above without using the nudges?

Under the preferance menu on the emulator there is a check box for dragable reels tick this there is a number box to set how many stops either way you want to drag the reel, once ticked you click and hold the mouse button and move the mouse up and down to see whats on the reels.

Sadly wizzard who created MFME passed away a few years ago so there will be no more versions of this program in any format.
