Just a small thing, Beacon light doesn't need to be activated until your APU start.

What are your thoughts on the 5800xt3d. I'm wanting to upgrade my 3900xt but torn between 5800xt3d or 5950xt. Thanks

I hear the 5800x3d has better gaming performance. Check CPU benchmarks online to see how it stacks up. KZbin is a great place to search for this.

What I see from the beginning is that it is IRS ALIGN activated before we activate INIT. Normally four minute wait are required! How is that!
@chalupaairlines8849
@chalupaairlines8849 2 жыл бұрын
Yup, Asobo got you to skip the wait by making this A320 more user friendly. Try the Fly By Wire A320 - much more realistic and all functionality is enabled.

Hi! What is your opinion about i5 12400 + 32gb 3200mhz RAM + rtx 3060 ti for Flight Simulator 2020 (MSFS)?
@chalupaairlines8849
@chalupaairlines8849 2 жыл бұрын
Considering that the 3060ti has a 3D Mark score of around 20,000, you should be able to play at least on High settings for most. I am playing with every slider maxed with a 3090.

Gonna be cool to see in 2 or 3 generations of hardware if we'll be able to run this at over 100fps through NYC at max settings and how smooth that will be.

You can make a solid build if you save up $2000. Building a PC on your own is cheaper and fun to do as well. I would invest $2000 minimum in a PC to play this game with great visuals.

My rig is very similar with a 6900Xt and a 5950GPU Same Matched DIMMS, Avg 50 FPS all day and smooth as butter on ultra settings. Spending an extra 1500 bucks for a few extra frames (But not always as it is game dependent) just is not worth it.

Where were you flying 170' below sea level? LOL Loved the double rainbows. I'd like to get this, but I need to completely update my computer. I went on Newegg tonight, about $6,600 to get a computer that will really run MSFS2020.

Gibraltar! Also, I built my PC - considering the GPU price drop, it's much more reasonable now. You could probably build something like my rig for $2000 now,
@GaryMCurran
@GaryMCurran 2 жыл бұрын
@@chalupaairlines8849 I'll admit pricing has dropped. Last night, I looked at a build, and it was about $2,400 USD. No monitors, no keyboard, mouse, etc. Just the PC, and only has one video card. I'd like a 49" front monitor and two 34" 'side window' monitors. I'd also like a Stay Level Aviation' panel, a full set of Honeycomb controls, and then the RealGear G1000 panels, all of which would add another $5,000 to the price. Plus, if I was doing that, I'd need another GPU for the G1000s, but I should be able to get away with something like a RX6600 just for that.

Midway eh? Twenty or so years ago my Microsoft Flight Simulator started there also. What about a Threadripper? Would the additional cores/threads be of significant improvement if running multiple 49 inch curved 4k monitors? What about multiple RTX 3090s ? A Threadripper on a SuperMicro Mobo could take a TB or two of ECC RAM ;-) 64 cores/128 threads with quad RTX 3090 Hydros would be sick.
@chalupaairlines8849
@chalupaairlines8849 2 жыл бұрын
Yup, remember the old FS 98 in Chicago for sure. Threadripper is not designed for gaming so I hear you wont see performance gains like you're thinking. It's better at multitasking and video editing. Multiple 3090s, you'll definitely have more horsepower but not sure if you'll see huge FPS gains - you will end up using more power draw for a little FPS gain that it wouldn't be worth it. Of course I'm just speculating based on the research I did to build this PC. I thought about Threadripper and potentially 2 3090s. Someone should do a benchmark on that!

Great tutorial, it helped me somewhat in my FS2004 as I am fully learning how to fly A320. I am struggling with FMCDU. Is there any chance you could do me a favor, as a return, I'd make you a livery " Chalupa Airlines " or a cool youtube banner " Chalupa Airlines " or whatever you need regarding graphic design since I am good at it. Can you reply here or we can talk somewhere else ? All in all, It's nothing scary, it's regarded FMCDU. But again, can you reply then I'll explain you.

Hello my friend. I have been looking through some of your videos and I really think you deserve more views. Great footage and above average aircraft handling. Are you a pilot by any chance ? I am, though not commercial. I guess you'll just have to keep grinding. Eventually it will pick up some momentum. I have subscribed anyway 😃 Greetings from Norway.

Thanks so much! I appreciate you subscribing. I am not a real pilot, just an enthusiast who enjoys sharing a love of flight simming and aviation with others - I've picked up a few flying tricks along the way from airline pilots. I'll see you in future videos!
