0:07 is there a second phase to this? There looks to be more in the renderings than there is built
@TonyGaeddert3 күн бұрын
Not sure
@AKhan.28Күн бұрын
In the renders it looks like a taller building is supposed to go where they're building a parking lot? Maybe a 2nd phase down the road
@-OAK-Күн бұрын
@@AKhan.28 that’s what I was thinking, I was wondering why that tall one wasn’t built, there is also mesero which is that white building in the rendering that’s just a parking lot
@AKhan.28Күн бұрын
@@-OAK- Yeah you're right there's a couple buildings that didn't get built. Would've liked to see them develop it all at once. Either way looks pretty neat! Those art installations are so cool
@-OAK-Күн бұрын
@@AKhan.28 I was hoping they could build another version of oak in the downtown area to add more apartments and density to the area, but if there’s a second phase I guess that will be a while before they consider it

I would have thought this was the end of your camera (at least in 360 mode), but you proved that to be wrong. Surprising anyone was able to do this!

Replaced two lens but have stitching issue. How do you fix the stitching problem? Thanks!
@urthpainter23 күн бұрын
Thanks for the upload - educational for sure. Your video is a clear display of how simple design changes by manufacturer could make this repair easy for any owner. They are 'action' devices - that implies wear and tear. This repair should be easier, by design.

update: just installed and tested when i put outer lens it looks great .. when i use inner lens it looks great. However, when i use 360 mode, you can see that there is a blue halo which clearly divides the original inner lens from the replaced outer lens. I am going to buy another lens from someone else. thank you for showing us how to replace the lens. did you have issues the 360 view?

My dnd and I are following your video as i type this. Good bonding time. Interesting how the replacement screws on but you cant unscrew the original. Perhaps it's glued? Hmm.

Do you know when the boardwalk at brick town starts construction? Also once it does will you be making these videos on it?

With approval in hand, the design team is aiming to break ground before the end of the year on the larger development; work on the tower itself will likely only commence once two of the shorter towers planned for the site are at least 50 percent leased.

For the photo you showed at the end, not the renderings but the Birds Eye view of the construction plan, do you know if that’s a future expansion on if the park works out, or what is it, because based on construction it doesn’t look like they’ve started it?

WARNING: I just replaced both lenses using the lenses linked in the description. They have several problems and do not preform anywhere close to original lenses. 2 lenses i bought even differ from each other (one is darker). There is significant lens blur and even picture distorsion (i can see the camera itself in the picture). I recommend video uploader to remove the link and suggest other to purchase lenses anywhere at their own risk. Anyways - thank you for the great video, it helped tremendously. I hope I will get my money back, get new lenses and everything will be okay in the end.

That place is kinda confusing to me. I guess it’s like build it and they will come.?.
@-OAK-Ай бұрын
I mean that’s how almost every project or development works, you build it and they come. It’s not always a guarantee it works, unless it’s something that already has a big fanbase behind it, but it will definitely draw in a ton of people, it’s housing, one of the most walkable and livable areas in the city, it is bringing restaurants to Oklahoma that aren’t even in Oklahoma yet, it will have retail, sculptures that will probably become iconic like the cowboy catching a cloud, so it will probably work out just fine, same thing with the OKANA hotel, they are building a whole resort with tons of stuff not just a hotel and indoor water park, but retail and more, everything is basically a build it and they will come, especially that proposed legends tower the 1907ft tall tower in OKC, but that I think could definitely bring audience just for the title it would hold, and how out do place it is.
