How do you download all contacts from A-Z with around 6k contacts? It doesn't show all contacts from the exported lists.

Red tail,,,, work,,,,,, ? I have bought the newest redtail and it hasnt worked for 50% of the month since ive bought it! The key pad needs to get other parts and the cooler was not cheep! And it dosnt work,,,, today!

The "Activities" presenter was excellent. Clear and concise with the information and direction. I would highly recommend this individual as the presenter on all training presentations.

You mentioned the error at 45:34 that it is not linking the contact. I have that exact problem when I create an Opportunity. Did you ever find the solution?

Hi, Redtail CRM user here. Is there a way we can filter or customize the fields to generate a report if we want to see all of the email addresses of each contact? The usual fields we see are Category, Status, State, Birth Date. But if we wanted to add Email address in the field, how to do that if that's possible?

I have a team of 10 people and on our current CRM, each advisor has their own color for the calendar. I understand that you can change the color of different tasks and events, but can you assign colors to each advisor/employee?

This is not a polished, well-scripted presentation. It is commensurate with something you would expect from a college intern. In fact, there is no script. There should be. This video denigrates the RedTail brand and discourages me from watching any of the other videos in the series. - Why does the presenter keep laughing? It’s unprofessional & annoying. Also, stop saying “hey” when changing to a first person narrative. This presentation could have been 10 minutes shorter if the speaker had skipped the obvious. Everyone has used a smart phone or personal computer so review the commonalities is superfluous.

Very much enjoying the Marvel and DC references in the tutorial. Bucky Barnes was particularly good.

Unfortunately we do not edit workflows like this anymore and the new way is very hard to follow, loads slow, isn't user friendly, and is overall much harder to use than the methods shown in this video. I thought that my Redtail was broken at first but called in and was told this was the new way we were editing. Everything is just stacked right on top of each other, with everything expanded out so the editing page is 20 pages long. It is always freezing and its impossible to move activities around in a timely manner...it takes 5 minutes to move a step from one part of the workflow to another. Is there a video on the new way that we edit workflows?

Just a suggestion: Adding a 10-12 point outline to these recordings would be a helpful way to see what's relevant for individual viewers.

Definitely adds value. Document my communication with clients in a orderly fashion. Personally the digital notepad makes a lot of sense...I won't lose scrapes of paper...it gets filed almost instantaneously. Sign me up... or am I missing something?

This has been one of the subjects I have been curious about for some time. I am trying to us RedTail mainly but I have an Outlook 365 email and account provided from my company. Most of the invites I get from corporate come already defaulted to the default Outlook calendar folder and up at the top it does not give me the option to choose to accept it as a RedTail subfolder option. A couple times when I have duplicated the event onto my RedTail calendar it deleted the event that was originally created, it made me the new Host and resent a new or duplicate event invite to everyone. So hundreds of people got the invite from the CEO, then I canceled his event and resent an invite with me as the new host to the meeting. VERY embarrassing to say the least. :( What am I missing here...

If you have for instance Microsoft Outlook and you have a number of clients that have already sent e-mails could the emails from Outlook be imported into "Email History" for each contact created?
