I will appreciate seeing how the structure of the presentation will look like and what Directors want to see in the first presentation. How to impress them. Thanks again

Is it normal to be incredibly nervous about stepping in to a management position?
@richb741420 күн бұрын
Yes but be sure to have and show confidence!
@youreinchargewithglennpasch10 күн бұрын
Yes. especially if you were previously part of the team. The key is to focus on actions, not emotions and be very clear on expectations. There are a lot of episodes focusing on these topics. keep me posted

Good advice. Id suggest that if you are a new manager that you also read organisational policy documents and statements relating to staff and managers. This will help you understand organisational expectations of you, which is likely to include desired behaviours.

Victor Hugo is my favorite, but Les Mis is best!!! I love how he comments on culture to economics to morality to love and also winds in a great drama, you learn so much and have fun. I came here looking for info on what CIA and foreign intelligence do on social media, but was happy with what i learned. I first learned of you on Team House Podcast. I actually do use the CIA world factbook quite a bit to understand foreign countries economies, what their GDP is, who they trade with, industries etc. Great resource that's out there for free. Also the united states financial statements, I find it wild that nobody reads them, they are not that hard to understand, and then of course think tanks for foreign policy, I spend very little time on CNN or Fox news, because it really feels like propaganda on both sides.
