@@q-tip4723 Yeah, I kind of agree, the Soviet Union did some terrible stuff, but calling it the biggest violator of human rights might be a stretch. Other regimes, like Nazi Germany or Imperial Japan, committed massive atrocities too. Plus, the Soviet Union had a different focus, like promoting education and healthcare (even if it was flawed). Also, don’t forget a lot of the 'biggest violator' talk came from Cold War propaganda. It's more complicated than just saying they were the worst.
