My mom covers up 8 to 9 points here , I don't play games , party at night , also I don't have any addiction like alcohol or smoking. And yes , my mental health is f*cked, so what to do now ?
@TheStoicismHubTM2 күн бұрын
It's commendable that you avoid harmful habits like gaming, partying, and substance use. However, if your mental health is struggling, it's crucial to address it. Start by seeking support from a mental health professional, who can provide therapy and guidance tailored to your needs. Incorporate self-care practices like regular exercise, a balanced diet, and mindfulness techniques. Connect with supportive friends or family members who can offer comfort and understanding. Remember, acknowledging your mental health is a brave first step. Prioritize your well-being and take actionable steps towards finding balance and peace.

I like stoicism, but I also believe in game theory, and that relationships are a kind of game where you hope there is cooperation. This cooperation should be tested gradually, by trusting the other to reciprocate. If that does not happen, you need to cut your losses, which hopefully if you've been wise and gradual in your approach won't be too great. Trust is a game we all play with the hope that we never get betrayed. Being "vulnerable" is actually being willing to show trust and not worry about the consequences of being betrayed. Even so, not all relationships end with betrayal, and it is important to understand the differences between your trust being betrayed and irreconcilable differences. Sometimes it could be misrepresentation of ambitions, and sometimes it is simply that people change with experience.

1. Problem-Solving Process. Here are the general steps: 2. Identify the Problem: The first step is to recognize that a problem exists. Some problems are big and noticeable, while others might be more subtle. 3. Define the Problem: Clearly understand and articulate the problem. This might involve breaking the problem down into smaller parts. 4. Formulate a Strategy: Develop a plan to tackle the problem. This could involve researching, observing, or brainstorming potential solutions. 5. Organize Information: Gather and organize the information needed to execute the strategy. This might involve creating diagrams, making lists, or using other tools to visualize the problem. 6. Allocate Resources: Determine what resources are available and needed to carry out the strategy. 7. Monitor Progress: As you implement the solution, monitor the progress and make adjustments as necessary. 8. Evaluate the Results: Once the solution has been implemented, evaluate the results. Did the solution solve the problem? If not, you may need to revisit earlier steps. Remember, this is a general guide and the specific steps can vary depending on the nature of the problem. It’s also important to note that problem-solving often involves a degree of trial and error. It’s okay if the first solution doesn’t work - just reassess and try a different approach.

Why do you need to be her dream boy?Is she really special?I don't think.....Crazy boys would like to do these things otherwise go for hookups and casual relationships instead of serious one,at your old age you can be a Sugar Daddy too,wanna continue your blood line,be a single father by adaptation or surrogacy or artificial womb(In the future)..... But pursuing a serious relationship means she'll take your wealth,peace,freedom,Parents etc almost everything,so always go for casuals instead of serious also in serious relationship you're gonna be cheated and lied,it's so stressful, don't think it's so cool,if you're wanna be safe then stay away from serious relationship otherwise these things will be happened in your life and who knows you'll get a used one,who's gonna chest you too but you'll not be able to catch her,can you catch her if she's flirting with someone else on WhatsApp when you're chatting with her?It's almost impossible.....And why do you need to be a bodyguard,a ATM or a detective,think practically......
