"pull for the legs" uses zero leg dive. Sit on the edge of a chair, stand up using no momentum or pushing off something, that's kinda what a deadlift feels like. You're not picking the weight up, you're just standing up with the weight in your hands or pushing the floor away (which just sounds weird) Let the man, I mean beast, show you kzbin.info/www/bejne/an_ce4Odd7qFe9k&ab_channel=EddieHallTheBeast I'm not saying this to be a hater or troll, I just don't see the point in working out to be fitter and stronger but crippling yourself in the process

nice video. just wish these how-to videos had like 150kg weight. like doing this with 30kg you can see in step 7 you just stop bracing as you lower the weight. not a criticism of just your video but form breaks down at heavy weight but non of these how-tos go heavy

1) When teaching correct technique you use lighter loads, no need for strain 2) Why ever lift 150kg?

I read you can completely reset caffeine tolerance in 4-10 days of cold turkey stopping. Would low dose nicotine (zyn pouches) help with withdrawal symptoms?

I have found GABA helpful for sleep, fatigue, and stress. When I take it with 5-HTP, I feel very calm and relaxed.
@judithrix-brown87902 ай бұрын
I tried GABA with L-theanine for the anxiety which makes me tired unmotivated. I noticed a difference right away. I'm 79 so I thought my symptoms were age related, but no! I immediately felt calm and clear headed with more energy. it was like my brain telling me... This is what I need.

I heard that Gaba supplements are useless because they do not cross the blood-brain barrier.

Ginko Biloba is one of the biggest Hoax I ever seen for younger people I go to medical school in 1998 and at that time Ginko biloba was promoted as a memore boosting suppliment, the first company pushing the lie was fined by the feds and was forced to stop selling the product as a memory aid, the surprising thing that did not take Ginko biloba off the Market since about 2001 the product was still on the market as a memory boosting supplement even though the findings say it does not boost memories today they still sell but make a different claim about a aphrodisiac.

The Medical Field in many ways especially AMA has proven itself to be unreliable since the Covid pandemic. Medicine and the Pharmaceuticals is Big Business and have their agenda. So does the CDC.

Molecule too big to cross blood brain barrier!
@UMS96953 ай бұрын
GABA molecules are too big to cross the blood brain barrier and hence is not does not work where it should. For someone having sleep problem related to nervousness or nerve pain or anxiousness, get your doc to prescribe Gabapentin at the lowest dose of 100mg.

Ive taken gabapentin and it didn't do anything. When I take gaba it works amazingly well! It does cause like 5 min of shortness of breath at higher doses

Great video. I stopped drinking coffee, to get better sleep. I also started using sun screen on days with high UV rates. For better physiological function everyone should train strength, flexibility, mobility, and also speed. Btw Bryan Johnson gives really great information and he is taking longevity to another level. Deep breathing does practically nothing, but it's good for mental health.
