When the saddlebred and other gaited breed owners and trainers get one turned down for something like this they will understand what an unethical inspection is.
@whatahorse99167 ай бұрын
A lot of different breeds believe they are safe but that's what the mouse thought right before he tried to get the cheese. Other breeds had better wake up and read up on what the USDA wants to do now.

I like having guest hosts non the show especially one like Wayne Hart who doesn't own horses but loves to come to shows and watch. It's outside the circle which is what we need supporting our industry.

I( don't have the words to express how much I enjoyed my day at Dan Waddell he has a barn full of great horses and a crew that gets it done!

I decided to help Jerry this weekend since we were visited by the USDA at the Alabama Luncheon just sitting around wasting our tax payer dollars. This luncheon is an example of how hard some groups wok to support different charities while the USDA inspectors attending the luncheon show how hard they work to interrupt them.

How is big lick still allowed? It’s disgustingly unnatural, at the LEAST breaks down the horse’s rear end and anyone that takes part in it is pathetic. All for a ribbon. Absolutely pathetic.

On these amateur horses, it would be good if the trainer was mentioned by name. This is a good horse and rider. Who trains this animal? In times past, this info would be listed.

Another horse that looks better with a new rider. The other guy looked drunk while riding. Soon owners will select quality for t riders their horses. Those riders with the quirks make you look at them instead of the horse.

I think his front end looks better than in the past. He hasn't looked this free since he was a two year old.

Irrefutable facts! This is exactly how they’re shod. As for the claims by the uneducated public of cooking caustic chemicals into their legs to burn them….that’s why they have a foreign substance rule. Nothing foreign on the leg from the knee down. No fly spray,no shampoo residue from when the horse had a bath NOTHING! The horse’s legs are swabbed and a positive result the horse is turned down and not allowed to show. The foreign substance test uses the most advanced technology to detect any foreign substance. The lies and deceit that Clant & HSUS tells the public is for one thing only….a money grab of donations!

all I can say is if I were a horse in that show I would dislike it very much I don't see how that still can't be bad for the horse. hollow back weighted shoes and an unnatural gait makes me sad all to cause problems in the future if it was natural you could do it with no shoes on the horse and not saddle orbit. There is a lot more to a horse lifestyle than that form of show> no hate just reminding the public we are to be stewards over all the creature of the earth

Beautiful horse. Many years ago when I was much younger I worked as a wrangler at a resort in WY . The horse I was given to ride was a Tennessee Walker . I fell in love with that horse and I know he liked me because he would do anything I asked of him . He was very smart too . I admit I did give him special treatment. Horses in many places are concerned just a tool and WY is no different. But that's not how I treated him and was probably the first to be so kind to him . When I left at the end of the season I wanted to buy him and was told I would be able to do so . I had all arrangements made. Unfortunately things had changed at home and was unable to go back and get him . I was deviated

The show industry forces owners into cruelty to be competitive, be it horses, dogs, etc. The breed standards judges seek for are unnatural.

The Walking Horse Industry in under constant attack by the h$u$ but just like other industries they have attacked most of what they say is made up or staged to create illusions of abuse. Visit any reputable barn and you will horses that are well cared for and happy. Remember on other thing the Walking Horse is a family horse if you ride one today you will own one tomorrow.
