i play with my index fingers, and before the moment with spam when the song fades out(?), i was preparing to play with one of my fingers and hit the notes very quickly, catching the rhythm so that i could also hit the flicks using both fingers in time

or you can also try, on the contrary, not to make much effort to hit each of these notes with two fingers. i’m kinda slowing down when this kind of spam appears now and it works, if you know what i mean.. it’s like making small gaps between tapping, but not so fast as the song’s rhythm
