The ez8 has some of the thickest plot armor lol, look at how much punishment it took, didn't event make a dent, not sure why the protag got so nervous, cuz the ez8 looks impervious to anything those zaku and that gouf flight type could possible throw at it

It's a great detail that she freaks out when she sees the Delta plus since it's the closest looking thing to the Hyaku Shiki. It also goes to show just how badly they messed her up mentally if she's going into Gryps conflict PTSD like that, even though I don't think Ple ever saw the Hyaku Shiki.. though it was probably mentioned in briefings about the AEUG suits

I think it's because the Delta Plus is technically a Gundam-type mobile suit. She immediately recognized a Gundam-type and went nuts.

hey, the 100shiki relentlessly fought the qubeley and wasn't an outclassed last-gen suit in zeta, the plus is a fucking twig compared to the powerful next-gen Unicorns.
