The audio is extremely low, what can be causing that?. I can even user Airpods when casting to my TV but not when I do it from my macbook.

You do not need to open the key completely to change the rubber buttons.

ik is an old comment but since i got the watch today i can say to you that the sensor are protected with some glass /plastic, so water can't even touch them unless something in the band breaks and water flows internally
