@ I went a few times. Great place for EVP. I just wish I had the equipment I do now to investigate it. Witters committed suicide in the barn to the left back of the place. His bedroom window was had a straight line of sight to it. Unfortunately, the barn/garage was torn down long ago. The family plot is not far from the house and close to the Hoosac Tunnel, another haunted place.

Sure I would buy one. But the deal breaker is people want to sell them for the price they would bring restored, not the condition they are in right now. Also the taxes are based on the size of the property, not the condition.

@Amy-Adventures. I don't honestly know, but you're audio has a lot of microphone interference every time you speak. I would try stepping away from the microphone a little bet. And if you do not already have one, get a phone cover for the microphone, you can actually make them with a filter from a shop vac.
