भाई में अपना प्रिंटर एक शॉप पर ले गया उसमें प्रिंट साफ नहीं आ रहा था और कोई प्राब्लम नहीं थी, लेकिन जब में प्रिंटर लेने गया तो उन्होंने बताया इसका स्कैनर काम नहीं कर रहा जबकि डालते समय मैंने उसे चैक भी कराया वो चालू था अब उसमें E 8 error आ रहा है उसमे क्या किया होगा उन्होंने, न लेजर जल रहा है न उसमें मूवमेंट हो रहा है

PLease i really need to ask a q question regarding my printer the same as the above video. I'm new to all of the printing hobby or I shall say printing industry lol. Properly clean the cartridge (head ) and carriage pins and check the carriage cable which is connected to the main PCB.
