Thoroughly enjoyed this performance. I may have suggested using heavier bats however. After this piece, I have learnt much about the jungle

This is good, I think it shows much capability to do this while also whistling and clearly disabled

och, this cheered me up no end this 13th while I am so far from the Promenade Center Portrush with the Skerries in full view and imagining a big slider in ma right hand and Union Jack flappin' in the other.

Ms. Google in the mini-skirt knows... It's where the Atlantic ends in the Western Isles. Always a "rush" in my life since birth. Rushes, Bullrushes, and omnipresent Atlantic Ocean ends at Portrush. SD was port for Rush and you still ask "wot Portrush?".

I agree with you, Victor Gee, as in my opinion there is no other Military Band in the world who can perform as well as the Band of HM Royal Marines. They're able to put on such a fantastic display and become true showmen, what with their extremely high standard of music and precise military drills. Having said that, the other two Marine Bands taking part in this superb performance play to a very high standard musically and have great creativity with their various movements around the parade ground ............ Well Done everyone and Thank You. SuperNutkin

I think the Royal Marines Band has all eight units for this ceremony. Am I correct?
@vgee1010 жыл бұрын
I agreed it was a superb ceremony for all three bands.

Maybe this isn't supposed to be like this but I look at this scene as a contest between the Royal Marines Band drum and bugler corps and the USMC as who the best. I don’t mean to see it like this, but I can’t help it. “Wow! There is really no comparison, but the Royal Marines Band is the best. Whoever is responsible for sending the USMC here to participate in this event, should really take this event or ceremony seriously because there is really no comparison. In addition, they should look at the RMB and take a lesson how they woo the crowd and create a mass band like the Royal Marines Band back at home, because I love watching the Royal Marines Band participate in this. Whenever the Royal Marines Band massed their band, they dominate the air they march. Sorry, USMC, but I see it what it is.

Wonderful performance from all the Marines participating, whether they be the United States Marine Corps, the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps or our own Royal Marines. Great music and great displays from everyone taking part. Can you imagine the huge amount of effort gone into the rehearsals to create these superb performances ? Well Done all Marines involved. SuperNutkin

One superbly polished performance from all Marine participants, whether they be Royal Marines, Royal Dutch Marines or The United States Marine Corps. Bet the USMC French Horn player feels a little goofy marching past after losing his peaked cap somewhere on the parade ground. (He's the tall guy, nearest camera, third rank from rear of the USMC Band) Well Done everyone. SuperNutkin
