Finally, someone showed how to recline the thing. It shouldn't be this hard to find out. Every video I went through left that part off. They came close. I actually thought a couple times it was going to happen but then, nope. They moved on and completely left off the recline feature.

where do you set the rest or pause workout timer (up to 3:00 minutes)?

I found pain relief from tennis elbow by using Band-It when medication, physical therapy, and a cortizone shot did not give me extended relief.

This product hurts. It pinches skin and does nothing for tennis elbow. I'm guessing the new pain of a pinched lower arm and bruised and ripped skin is supposed to alleviate the older pain of a tennis elbow. I'm going back to my orthopedic doctor again but they don't care either. This is what they prescribe as durable medical equipment. Sigh.

Could you tell me what the reasoning behind the diagonal taping direction is?

Its to stretch the collagen fibers - pull them in opposing directions to break up the scar tissue and to help prevent more from forming. There is some thought that the tape reduces oxygen and blood flow to the scar thus reducing the formation of more collagen.

We just recently purchased and received this unit. Our company ordered this online but there's no one from its manufacturer/company to demonstrate it's operation to us. There is a manual but this video is easier and faster to understand on it's basic operation. I hope you have more videos of it's actual demonstration on how it is working with a subject. We also ordered the optional vacuum unit so I hope you had another video for it. Thank you!
