Why was LOCAL disk IO = 0 and Remote Disk IO as 4? Is it because you are using XS WH, and it has very small Local Disk, and it could not accommodate entire table data? Also, you did not explain how to purge WH cache?

There is no direct way to push data to MDM using JMS. You need to implement integration layer (may be you can use mulesoft or webmethod IO) to reach the JMS Queue and push data to MDM
