What’s wrong with doing stretches that are good exercises? You know there is such thing as Christian yoga right? The only time yoga is bad is if your bowing down and praying to different gods other then God.

I agree. I think intention has a lot to do with who you’re serving when you do yoga. And our body is the temple where the Holy Spirit lives. We must take care of that temple with exercise and eating right and putting his little poison into it as we can, and yoga is an amazingway to stay fit and to keep the body happy. If your intention is to do yoga and practice Hinduism, that’s one thing. But if your intention is to do yoga to make your body, feel good and keep your muscles active then that’s another.

There is no such thing as Christian yoga. Yoga is rooted to worship other gods in Hindu religion. Thinking about God while doing them doesn’t change the fact that you’re doing poses that are used to worship other gods.
