Love your music energy and theme! When I hike and when the incline gets harder-tougher turning into a boring grind to push up hill I sing to myself using 2-syllable word mantras to the beat of each boot step. Strong-er, Grate-full, Kind-er, Wise-er, Love-ing, Smart-er, Happy-er, Gentle-er, Respect-full, Awesome-er ...the list goes on making up words, thoughts, issues as I go that I need to work on personally and before I know it I've ARRIVED on the SUMMIT!!
