Xiết lực không chuẩn kỹ thuật. Không ai xiết mà giằng giằng giật giật cần xiết như vậy cả. Các chi tiết quan trọng dùng cần xiết lực thì xiết từ từ đến khi cứng tay thì kéo tăng lực từ từ dần dần cho đến khi có âm thanh báo đủ lực chứ k ai cầm cái cần r giật giật 2-3 cái như thế cả. I've been a professional team mechanic based in Europe for many years & never ever worn gloves when building a new bike or indeed maintaining any bike As you say, there's no need on a new bike build, maybe it's a mechanic YT thing.
