Good on you for having a go. How are your ollies now? My current issue is consistency. I used to be able to ollie just fine when I was skating in the 1980s. Back then, I could ollie over gutters and a low ledge. Then I left the hobby in the early 90s. I got back into skating fairly recently and I'm finding it really tough to relearn ollies. Ive gotten to the point where I can do them sometimes but other times, I can't. And most of the time, I have to hold on to a fence while doing them! Oh by the way, I'm in Australia too.

I just did the exact same thing to my watch. Scraped the screen and it cracked right around the edge there. My guess is that it's likely a stress point from where the adhesive holds the glass onto the body and the scraping just aggravates it enough to crack it. Oh well, I'll be climbing with a case on my watch from now on.

When you do the Mermaid exercise, do your feet touch the ground ? How do you do the "Rock n Roll", without touching the ground ? Or are you in a shallow pool to do these ?

I was lead climbing up to 6b when I damaged my Apple watch Series 3 indoors. I have done over 700 activities with Suunto watches with no damage, including multiple rock climbs and via ferrata. Apple watches are too fragile. They shouldn't break on wood panels. Indoor climbing is tame compared to what I do outdoors.

Thanks for posting the video. I have my 7 day free trial at the Rockingham F45. After moving from Sydney, I wanted to do something like crossfit but I was not a fan of powerlifting due to back, hip and knee issues. This looks bloody amazing!!!

Damn girl, you rock out those situps like they where nothing... gotta check out your channel. You seem to know what your talking about. No promises, but I think I'm likley a new sub... just gotta see if your videos are organized in a way that makes sense to me, i need to understand what i'm doing, i can't just work on my health and fitness with no plan or goal. But I do feel that I've been neglecting it lately. P.S. your very pretty.

Grant Imahara thanks! Well hope you enjoy the videos and I have a good goal setting video in there. Let me know if you have any fitness and health questions you might like me to do a video for!

Kate Howard I probably will, I'm working about 16 to 20 hours a day helping my family move our antiques shop (renovating the new location too) but things should simmer down in about a week or two, and I will be setting goals then.

My main advice for having severe rheumatoid arthritis dealing with it never baby yourself .... especially on the most unbearable days it's very hard but force yourself to move
@Joe-gu6oe6 жыл бұрын
Thanks but so far excersizing is not possible. My first flare up (6mos) was my right hand and a trip to an ER for morphine injection and, a prescription of 20mg prednisone. One wk ago my left did the same. Takes about a wk to go away. Should I use my hands strenuously when not hurting or will I bring about more flare ups? I do appreciate your advice and have contacted my rheumatologist concerning my infusion shots of golumumab (I also have CKD3) *** After a few hrs the pain is a 10.

I would never rock climb with anything valuable(I sport lead 5'11's, and TR 5.12's and boulder v6's), or anything that could easily snag on anything. Without Apple Care+ your should expect to pay a lot for repairs, any of the products. Sorry to hear you damaged your watch, I hope you won't go rock climbing again with it?

Haha definitely have some bruises from the past few weekends! Agreed it is so great to be back getting some turns in. They have been getting a bit of snow now so at least there is a good base 👊
