All the world will be decieved by sorcery in the end days. "Sorcery' is translated from Greek word Pharmakeia" which is where we get the word pharmacy, pharmacist etc etc. Drugs are bad, mmmkay

An invasion of Israel could be sometime in September (or March) when millions of birds migrate through the land of Israel. “You (Russia) shall fall upon the mountains of Israel, you, and all your bands, and the people that are with you; I will give you unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.” Ezekiel 39:3-5 587 B.C. Looks like it's happening soon - September?

Thank you! So glad others are realizing the church's spin on the Bible (largely Pauline) etc . Is NOT congruent with Jesus' teaching nor is it about dead faith in blood sacrifice for atonement in but Living in "The Way"!!

Thank you -Acts 3:21...Desire, Yes, 'restoration restitution on earth. I've seen and remember thru the years. Functional is correction from God's word applied. II Timothy 3:16, 17, II Peter chapter 1, Lord provides all things for life and godliness...the 8 things have virtue, and we will be fruitful not barren.

I think that I share your view. Here is how I put it...Functional Faith causes Functional Justification In the Bible, faith and justification are typically used in their FUNCTIONAL sense - it affects the heart and will affect how a person thinks and lives. That is why a functional faith causes a functional justification. We are justified (set right) by our functional faith. When you justify something that is crooked, you set it right. Only then do you declare it right. Some examples: Acts 15:9 "And he made no distinction between us [Jews] and them [Gentiles], having cleansed their [Gentile] hearts by faith." Faith cleansed their hearts! Also, the word "by" in "by faith" is not in the Greek. A more accurate translation would likely have been, "Faith cleansed their hearts", indicating the functional effect that faith had on them, which is much more than mere trust or mental assent. Romans 5:1-2 "Therefore, since we have been justified [dikaiōthentes, set right] by [ek, out from] faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” We are justified/set right/ because of, out from, our active faith. This kind of faith is a strongly held belief, not a mere intellectual assent. The byproduct of faith, that comes out of [ek] faith, is being set right in our ways. Philippians 3:9 "And be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith." In this passage, Paul states that his source, his definition of righteousness, is through his faith in Christ as God's ultimate standard of righteousness to follow, not the Mosaic law. In effect, the teachings and attitude of Christ become his law, substituting the need for the Mosaic law. Notice also that having righteousness comes through faith in Christ, which is equated with God's righteousness, which also "depends on faith." This demonstrates that faith comes first, through hearing and believing, and righteousness is what follows as a product of that faith. On this basis, I argue that the most literal translation of Romans 4:3 is, "For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it [his active faith] reasoned him unto righteousness.” And, a more accurate translation of Romans 4:5 is, “However, the one who is not working but believing [present active] on the one righting [present active] the ungodly, [his] faith is reasoning [present passive] him unto [Gr. “eis”] rightness.” The word “believing” is the Greek “pisteuonti” and is in the present ACTIVE tense, while the word “logizetai,” "reasoning" (wrongly translated as “credited”) is in the present PASSIVE tense. The right reasoning is being caused by the active verb “believing.” The gospel message is primarily relational, not legal. “Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.” Jn. 14:23

I need to point out something that was a "duh" moment for me. The KJV uses "testament" instead of "covenant" in Luke 20:20. According to Strongs the words were interchangable. "Covenant" is a much better word to be used here. "Testament" i was thinking of a will and testament. "Covenant" means so much more.

Yes Robin. A good question to meditate on regularly. Even though the kingdom of God is not yet here on earth with Jesus physically reigning and ruling, am I living daily by those godly principles right now? Because today if I die, my next conscious moment will be in this kingdom at the resurrection.

I told some fellow workers that the word told me who I really was, saved my life and told me how to pass the extra ham radio test. They asked me why you and not the rest of us? I said you have been told Jesus loves you at church. The truth is we were grafted in by grace not love. The difference is I fear the Lord. Read revelations or take your phone out and search the word fear on Bible gateway. You can look at the word search in Revelations. You see fear is mentioned 501 times. Yes a lot is referencing fear not. Christ said fear the one that can takes your spirit and soul. Fear The Lord and talk with him and he will talk with you.
