I have this flooring on my 2021 GLS Cruiser yacht, and it has come off in the stern area...about 6 pieces....preping is no problem but what is the best adhesive. Contact cement works for about 2 months only. Please advise.

I had Dekit installed on my 41' center console in May of 2022 by Dekit of Miami. I love the actual product and the feel and finish of it. Unfortunately my experience has been horrible with its' functionality because it will not stay adhered to my boat floor. After the original install, I contacted the installer to let him know it was bubbling up in certain locations. They returned to my home to apply further adhesion and blamed the bubbling on the Miami heat. It appeared to work but only for about 6 months before the Dekit tiles began lifting again. When I contacted the Dekit installer who did our boat, he claimed to no longer work for Dekit but could send a Dekit installer to help me with these issues in June of 2023. The installer came and applied further adhesion and charged me another $800. I was now into the Dekit flooring for $8500. It's been 6 months since then and over 50% of the Dekit tiles on the boat are loose. We were even fishing and walking down the side of the boat I slipped on a loose tile and it tore the tile because it was not secured to the boats deck. It's become a safety concern with kids or elder adults on the boat since the primary use of the boat is fishing and crossing over to the Bahamas. I would love to fix the issue but it seems Dekit does not want to assist whatsoever. I reached out to them in September of 2023 and since then I have sent a follow up email once a month without getting a single reply. If anyone has a solution or can recommend some better way to install the product, I would greatly appreciate it. It seems to be a great and durable product, but so far my customer experience has been absolutely dismal. It's a shame because it is VERY expensive to not function properly.

Yes but 33 is small to go fast in 2'-3' I'd want a 36'-38' but by then anything over 26' I would want some inboard diesel's and a couple of jet drives.😁🏴‍☠️🥸😂
