I came to this video to understand why you really need a deposit to buy a house, especially if the deposit goes to the commission. If you sell it yourself you don't need to put a deposit?...And there is a couple of millennials walking below. I also want to know how I can be as prestigious, proud and dignified as that woman on the left; yet the fact is that I'm regarded as such a young, inexperienced and vulnerable millennial. How does our generation get up into the position of your generation in terms of success? Will we always be following in your shadow?

You've got to take chances Little Witch. Basically, governments regulate what banks can do, so for example, a bank may have to charge a deposit by governments insisting they can't give 100% mortgages. But there's always a way around anything, depending on how much you are prepared to take chances. One way is to know the person you're purchasing from, a very useful position to be in, and another way is via bridging loans, but I can't explain that online. The best thing to do is go and find a mortgage broker and explain your situation, asking what options are open to you. Mortgage brokers are king!
