Only as far as my butt goes back! A key marker of the RDL is a vertical shin and a flat back. So I do my best to press my hips back, while maintaining a vertical shin angle! I hope that helps!

Make sure you have your glutes and core engaged. Notice how your hips rise and the back changes angle as you start your leg drive at the start of the lift? Squeeze your butt With that said great lift. Keep it up

Ever since my two #acl tears I've been insanely glute dominant! That said, I've been working hard on keeping the hips lower on initiation of the lift. Thanks for the pointers!
