The house has great space but could use some work. Update the kitchen cabinets. Make the wood flooring in every room. Needs to be painted and freshened up. The yard need edging and minor things. Don't like the large puddle of water on the driveway and where is it coming from? It's nice that the house is a stand alone house. Large parking to accommodate friends and relatives.
