It's a jank setup, so sometimes he gets stuck and doesn't fall off. But I'm glad you got it.

October 2024 - not working anymore. He fell and got stuck on the rocks, he just spawned right again on the bridge.

It does still work, I literally used this yesterday and several other people have commented using it recently. It's hard to do, and you probably just got unlucky.

I genuinely thought this had been patched. I was getting so despondent after so many tries. He seemed tethered to the branch and the cliff edge.Then he randomly de-agroed when he was stuck on the tall bit of the railing. I jumped off the branch to get agro again, only to find he’d wandered around the other side of bridge of his own volition. Apparently he was also sick of my pathetic attempts to rune farm, so he just launched himself off the cliff without noticing agroing. No music nothing. What a guy. Anyway, thanks for the helpful vid! Still works in some form or another as of 02/10/24 (10/02/24 for my American tarnished)

Ive tried making this propeller craft as close as I can make it and the problem is it simply has no control. It goes up... And thats it. Its an elevator.

No it does work, it takes you up and forward. If it's not working, you're probably messing up the wagon wheel setup. The wagon wheel is the hardest part of all of that, and it's the part that usually gets messed up.

Tbf this propeller setup is one of the harder glitchless tech things to set up. There are a lot of people that struggle to get it

If the world depended on me being able to get those wagon wheels to spin, we would all perish. I've been trying for days. I've tried attaching them to everything I can think of to get them to spin (not counting their actual place on a wagon as a regular wheel) and they just refuse.

I found that attaching the motor to a big wheel further increases the power of the fan. If I could somehow combine these two mechanisms together I think it might be possible to build a “turbojet” or as close as TotK will allow us to get to a compressor driven jet aircraft. Why? Pod racing!! It’s exactly 21 parts too I double checked.
