Nice to See Havant Council "Corporation" are still wasting ILLEGALLY gained council tax through Capita "Crapita" on idiots like them. Go get the streets cleaned up, cut back hedges and grass verges of which you the corporation are responsible, resurface potholed roads, re-introduce the area CCTV system to help fight crime and maintain public safety, invest in youth workshops, help the homeless "Go take a walk through Havant high street first thing in the morning" and get a grip, help care for the elderly and vulnerable in the community, get more police on the streets and stop them dealing with these wasteful corporation issues, the list can go on Chavant and did you know as a corporation it is ILLIGAL for you to demand council tax ! If you can't afford our already paid for services then stop paying your lazy pen-pushing cronies and fat cats ridiculous salaries and demand more money from that corrupt central government who by the way can afford to OCCUPY various middle eastern countries for oil and mineral assets under the guise of terrorism with our service personnel but not look after us who pay your wage only later to plead poverty as you lot do when it comes to looking after us. By the way people are beginning to wake up more and more to this council tax scam as they are the Corporation television licence fee, so you better sort your act out cos no tax means no pay for you guys "The truth hurts doesn't it" ?

North London mental health services is bad. Woeful neglect of patients who suffer from mental health is the norm. If you could read my dozen complaints against Barnet Enfield and Haringey mental health NHS trust you will get an idea how bad services can be.
