Update: I cleaned my throttle body, I also cleaned MAF sensor. Then I tried to do the reset, I just kept it in neutral the whole time. And fair enough the rpms settled nicely at ~850. Thank you for the vid

Because I think it's ridiculous that you have to drive a car a 100 miles in that condition if you don't do this, I now drive a 2021 Honda Accord touring 2.0, Turbo and Lord knows. If anything breaks on that or it needs adjusting, I actually had to buy an auto about a $700 scan tool just to do brakesand testing not so many nuts and bolts wrenches more diagnostics for sure

Darrel interesting I own 2 sig p365 1 365xl canik tp9 elite Glock 19& 26 h&k and a FN and the wife owns a smith. curious in the well over 50k rounds Ive shot over the last 8 years why your comment is accurate. sig had drop issue and still does smith & wesson is so so glock i can 3d print in my house and make stamped metal internals and there triggers are trash, you spend 600-7 hundo on a gun and must spend 400 more to make it a good pistol. think its fair to say you prefer the brand name not that you have actual experience with taurus failures and you opinion is based on misinformation not fact. As far as Sigs go, the drop issue seems to be related to just the 320 line and not the M17 or M18s. As for experience, I carried a p226 for 16+ years and it worked well when called upon against a butcher knife-wielding assailant. Most would agree the p226 was and is a superior fighting gun. Maybe you disagree? Now as an R-LEO, I do the CCW Course for the State and over the last 8 or so years I have seen a lot of different guns weekly come through and try to complete a very basic 50rnd State mandated course. It is my observation over that period, that the S&Ws and the Glocks consistently, work and go the 50rnd course. Of course, those that don't, have usually been user-modified. Others may work well but these two are the most consistent? Of the two guns that fail to function when needed for the course, Taurus and SCCY seem to fail the most. Anecdotally: 1-Student with a new Taurus reported firing 200 flawless rounds. On the first leg of the firing course, firearm seized and couldn't be cleared and was taken up to the gunsmith to extract the round in the chamber. Student failed being unable to complete the course. No, it wasn't life and death but the Taurus failed to function when he needed it. 2-Same course, four on the line. Two had different Taurus', one SCCY and one S&W. Only one was able to complete the course of fire. Three failed and one passed with his S&W. I did notice you didn't say the Glocks and Smiths didn't work, you just don't seem to care for them and that is just fine. Guess that's why there are Fords and Chevrolets so you can choose to your liking? I guess the only slightly annoying point you made was my lack of experience with the Taurus and my willful spreading of "misinformation." Really no matter, but I thought I would mention it. So after 8 years of seeing folks spend good money on Taurus and the like and seeing them fail on the range, I have drawn the conclusion from my and their bad experiences that given a choice, I would look elsewhere other than Taurus.

@@THEMANCAVE2023 My engine Revs past 2000 RPMs. It revs pretty hard sometimes, engine shutters at times. Is it the engine timing? It started happening after I did one of those carbon cleaning things.

No car should be at 2000rpm at idle. It's ok if it goes up when you start the engine but it must go back down to around 1000

every car will have an initial slightly higher rev upon startup.. my car generally hits about 1000/1200rpm upon start and then idles around 700/800 rpm the initial high idle is the car essentially providing choke to start a cold engine.

well if one follows direction, one would not try it without a functioning parking brake lol

I used alien tape that stuff is amazing

I tack welded a small bracket to mine so my forward motion is about 2.5-3 mph. I use.this when mowing my back yard as it's 3/4 acre. In front yard just use the pedal as it smaller and has slopes
